How can we co-develop a technology solution that automates the analysis and drafting of legal and regulatory arguments and documents for highly complex and high-impact matters using advanced queries and analysis of ANEEL’s public database?

We are seeking proposals for the co-development of a technological solution capable of automating the analysis and preparation of legal and regulatory arguments, opinions, and documents related to highly complex and high-impact matters, leveraging advanced searches and analysis of ANEEL’s public database.

Developing legal and regulatory theses in Brazil’s electricity sector requires a significant dedication of legal resources due to the need for extensive and repetitive manual searches within ANEEL’s public data repositories. These activities involve collecting, reviewing, filtering, and analyzing large volumes of technical, regulatory, and legal information to identify relevant documents and precedents before the drafting process can begin.

The objective of this challenge is to identify solutions that utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate and optimize this process. The proposed solution should enable fast, accurate, and intelligent analysis of technical notes, legal opinions, resolutions, and decisions issued by ANEEL’s superintendencies and board of directors, correlating these materials with new legal and regulatory demands faced by AXIA Energia.

Based on the information identified and analyzed, the solution should also support the generation of draft legal and regulatory documents, helping accelerate the preparation of responses, petitions, defenses, and other materials related to new regulatory matters.

The expected outcome is a substantial increase in efficiency, analytical capacity, consistency, and agility in handling complex legal and regulatory cases, while reducing manual effort and enhancing knowledge management across the organization.
