Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index

In 2023, AXIA was included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI), ranking among 600 global companies that actively promote equity. The index evaluates five pillars: leadership and talent pipeline, pay equity and transparency, inclusive culture, sexual harassment prevention, and external brand. This recognition reinforces our commitment to driving meaningful change and building an increasingly diverse, ethical, and inclusive environment.

Inclusion and Accessibility

We promote a more accessible and inclusive environment through initiatives such as the Talent Pool for People with Disabilities and the Support Program for People with Disabilities (PAPD), expanding opportunities and representation. The PAPD provides reimbursement for expenses related to care for people with disabilities, including educational support and activities such as psychomotricity, occupational therapy, educational psychology support, fitness, and swimming, with coverage extended to dependents.

We support overall well-being through initiatives such as nursing rooms, psychological support, nutritionists, and fitness professionals, promoting a higher quality of life in everyday work.

Learning and Development

We drive continuous development through the Aprenda Mais Ecosystem and the Educational Subsidy Program, connecting people’s growth to business needs. The Educational Subsidy Program supports long-term professional development, covering up to 70% of undergraduate and graduate studies aligned with AXIA’s strategic priorities. The Aprenda Mais Ecosystem fosters ongoing learning by offering courses and programs that strengthen essential skills and accelerate professional growth, always aligned with the company’s strategy.
