Operational efficiency

We ended 2025 with 43,872 MW of installed capacity (16.9% of the national capacity), a slight reduction of 0.8% compared to 2024, due to the sale of natural gas-fired thermal power plants. Wind and hydropower capacities were expanded with the operation of Coxilha Negra and the acquisition of the Colíder Hydroelectric Plant.

During the year, we summed up 74,700 km of transmission lines (37% of the country's total transmission lines), an expansion of more than 700 km compared to 2024, resulting from our performance in transmission auctions.

Territorial development

AXIA is committed to investing in Brazilian territory through Regional Funds, with an investment of R$ 1 billion over ten years. In 2025, we will leverage the resources invested to promote the development of the territories and improve the quality of life of the populations.

Furthermore, we put into operation the Manaus–Boa Vista Transmission Line, which integrates Roraima, the last capital that still operated in isolation, into the National Interconnected System (SIN). This is a structural milestone for the Brazilian electricity sector.
