How can we implement the additional requirements needed to scale the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of the Contract Measurement System (SMC) and deploy its first production version within the SAP ERP Single Instance environment?

 

We are seeking proposals to evolve, scale, and complete the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of the Contract Measurement System (SMC), delivering its first production-ready version for operation within the SAP ERP Single Instance environment.

The solution should enable the standardization of measurement reports for service contracts executed at AXIA Energia, ensuring greater efficiency, governance, traceability, and control throughout the contract measurement process.

The system must support the approval workflow of contract measurements, allowing suppliers to enter measurement data related to completed services while enabling designated approvers to review and validate the submitted information through a structured and auditable process.

Additionally, the solution should automate the generation of Service Entry Sheets (SES), known internally as Service Registration Sheets (FRS), through transaction ML81N within the SAP ERP environment, reducing manual workload, improving data accuracy, and accelerating payment and contract management processes.

The expected outcome is a scalable and fully integrated solution capable of supporting service contract management with higher operational efficiency, standardization, automation, and compliance with corporate processes.
